综放工作面高位定向钻孔布置优化分析

Optimization analysis of high level directional drilling distribution in fully mechanized working face

  • 摘要: 为了研究综放工作面高位定向钻孔合理布置参数,以王家岭矿12318工作面采空区为研究对象,利用数值模拟软件建立了覆岩数值模型,分析了采空区覆岩应力和裂隙分布特征,定量化指出了采空区覆岩裂隙带分布范围,对高位定向钻孔的合理布置参数进行了优化设计,并考察了优化后高位定向钻孔的抽采效果,验证了分析结果的可靠性。结果表明:高位定向钻孔经优化后平均抽采瓦斯浓度提高1.0倍,平均抽采瓦斯纯量提高1.1倍,工作面上隅角及回风流瓦斯浓度明显降低,有效提高了采空区瓦斯抽采量。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the parameters for rational distribution of high level directional drilling in fully mechanized working face, taking the goaf of 12318 working face in Wangjialing Coal Mine as the research object, strata numerical model was established by using numerical simulation software. The distribution characteristics of overburden stress and fracture in goaf were analyzed, the distribution range of rock fracture zone in goaf was pointed out quantitatively, the rational distribution parameters of high level directional drilling were optimized, and the extraction effect of optimized high level directional drilling was investigated, the reliability of the analysis results was verified. The results show that the average gas extraction concentration is increased by 1.0 times, the average gas extraction purity is increased by 1.1 times of high level directional drilling after optimization, the gas concentration in the upper corner and return air flow in the working face decrease obviously and the gas extraction quantity in goaf has been significantly improved.
