基于正交试验的CO2致裂器泄能头的参数优化

Parameter optimization of the discharge head of CO2 fracturing device based on orthogonal experiment

  • 摘要: 为了对CO2致裂器泄能头的参数设计提供优化方案,采用ANSYS-CFX对CO2致裂器的泄能头内部的流场进行数值模拟与仿真,分析了CO2致裂器的单孔泄能头在不同入口气体压力、扩张段长度、收缩断面直径下所受最大压力,建立了由25组数值模型构成的正交试验表。通过正交试验分析可得:在入口气体压力为290 MPa、扩张段长度为40 cm、收缩断面直径为0.073 m时,CO2致裂器泄能头所承受的压力最大,达到317.2 MPa。研究结果可为提高CO2致裂器使用的安全性提供理论支撑。

     

    Abstract: In order to provide an optimization scheme for the parameter design of the discharge head of CO2 fracturing device, ANSYS-CFX was used for numerical simulation and emulation of the flow field inside the discharge head of CO2 fracturing device, the maximum pressure of the single-hole discharge head of CO2 fracturing device under different inlet gas pressure, divergence cone and diameter of contraction section was analyzed, while an orthogonal test table composed of 25 numerical models was established. The experimental analysis shows that when the inlet pressure is 290 MPa, the divergence cone is 40 cm, and the diameter of contraction section is 0.073 m, the discharge head of CO2 fracturing device comes to the maximum pressure, reaching 317.2 MPa. The results provide theoretical support for improving the safety of CO2 fracturing device.
