基于煤矿瓦斯工业化利用的混(配)气装置应用现状及前景展望

Application status and prospect of device for mixing and configuring gases based on industrial utilization of coal mine gas

  • 摘要: 为了充分发挥混气技术在煤矿瓦斯工业化利用中的作用,分析了现有煤矿瓦斯混配技术的原理及优劣,并基于不同维度对现有的瓦斯混配技术进行了客观比较。分析结果表明,动态连续混气装置比较适宜于煤矿瓦斯工业化利用时配气,能较好地满足利用端使用,对CH4浓度、流量的波动适应性好,混气均匀度高、配气阻力损失小、配气速度快。可为煤矿瓦斯工业化利用项目选择合适的混气装置提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to make full use of the gas mixing technology in the industrial utilization of coal mine gas, this paper analyzes the principle, advantages and disadvantages of the existing gas mixing technology in coal mine, and makes an objective comparison of the existing gas mixing technology based on different dimensions. The analysis results show that the dynamic continuous gas mixing device is suitable for gas distribution in the industrial utilization of coal mine gas, which can meet the requirements of the utilization end and has good adaptability to the fluctuation of CH4 concentration and flow, it is characterized by high uniformity of mixed air, low resistance loss and fast distribution speed. It can provide reference for choosing suitable gas mixing device for the industrial utilization of coal mine gas.
