Abstract: In order to explore the strategies and methods of ecological restoration of closed coal mine wasteland, based on the domestic and overseas research results of ecological restoration of closed coal mine wasteland, as well as the present situation and existing main problems of reclamation and restoration of closed coal mine wasteland in the research area, taking Beibei District of Chongqing as an example, this paper introduces the interference theory in ecology into the study of ecological restoration in closed coal mine wasteland by means of field investigation, comparative analysis and summary. By analyzing the interference of the closed coal mine wasteland in the research area, some strategies are put forward in line with the actual situation of the research area, such as constructing the guarantee mechanism of ecological restoration in closed coal mine wasteland, carrying out the suitability evaluation of reclamation and restoration and designing ecological restoration technology method, which enrich the theories and methods of ecological restoration in closed coal mine wasteland to a certain extent.
