Abstract:
In order to explore the ratio and manufacturing process of similar materials of outburst coal, coal fines, binder and water were selected as raw materials for the production of outburst briquettes, and the effects of the type of binder and molding pressure on the mechanical properties of outburst briquette were analyzed; based on the mass ratio and water cement ratio of coal fines and cement as the control factors, the orthogonal test was designed to analyze the uniaxial compressive strength and elastic modulus of outburst briquette. The results show that the type of binder and the molding pressure have a greater effect on the uniaxial compressive strength of briquette, the high-strength portland cement is preferably used as the cementing agent, and the molding pressure is 20 MPa when making high-strength briquette; the uniaxial compressive strength and elastic modulus of briquette decrease with the increase of the mass ratio of coal fines and cement, and increase with the increase of water cement ratio, and both show a good linear relationship. Based on the experimental data, the empirical equation of multiple linear regression of outburst briquette ratio is obtained, which can provide reference for the manufacture of similar materials of outburst coal.
