消除钻孔瓦斯抽采盲区空白带的布孔方式研究

Study on borehole arrangement mode for eliminating the blank zone in blind area of drilling gas extraction

  • 摘要: 为消除钻孔抽采瓦斯在煤层中形成的抽采盲区空白带,研究了典型穿层钻孔间抽采盲区空白带的存在形式,分析表明“三花眼”布孔方式、优化后的正方形布孔方式和等边三角形布孔方式均不存在抽采盲区空白带,其中等边三角形布孔方式钻孔有效抽采面积利用率为“三花眼”和优化后正方形布孔方式的1.9倍。以郑州矿区告成煤矿25031开切眼为工程研究对象,对不同布孔方式的钻孔施工工程量和单孔平均抽采瓦斯纯量进行了现场试验考察,结果表明:等边三角形布孔方式所需施工钻孔工程量最少,“三花眼”布孔方式所需钻孔工程量最多;优化后正方形布孔方式的单孔平均抽采瓦斯纯量略高于等边三角形布孔方式,而“三花眼”布孔方式单孔平均抽采瓦斯纯量最低。结合典型布孔方式分析结果认为,等边三角形布孔方式为最优方案。研究结果对煤矿井下穿层钻孔的设计具有指导作用。

     

    Abstract: In order to eliminate the blank zone in blind area of gas extraction in coal seam caused by drilling gas extraction, this paper studies the existing mode of the blank zone among the typical crossing holes. The analysis shows there is no blank zone in blind area of gas extraction in the "triple eye" borehole arrangement mode, the optimized square borehole arrangement mode and the equilateral triangle borehole arrangement mode, and the utilization rate of the effective extraction area of the equilateral triangle mode is 1.9 times that of the "triple eye" mode and the optimized square method. Taking the 25031 open-off cut of Gaocheng Coal Mine in Zhengzhou mining area as the project research object, the field test and investigation are carried out on the quantity of drilling work and average gas extraction pure quantity of single borehole under different borehole arrangement mode. The results show the equilateral triangle mode requires the least quantity of drilling work, while the "triple eye" mode requires the most quantity of drilling work; the average gas extraction pure quantity of single borehole in optimized square method is slightly higher than that in equilateral triangle mode, and the average gas extraction pure quantity of single borehole is the lowest in the "triple eye" mode, combined with the analysis results of typical borehole arrangement mode, the equilateral triangle mode is considered as the optimal scheme, the research results can be used as a guide for the design of crossing holes.
