Abstract:
In view of the problem of coal mining in the overlapping areas of coal and oil resources, which is threatened by the intrusion of harmful gases such as hydrogen sulfide in abandoned oil Wells left over from early oil development, this paper takes Shuangma Coal Mine, Majiatan Mining Area, western margin of Ordos Basin as an example, the migration mechanism of hydrogen sulfide invading coal measure strata in different types of abandoned oil Wells is studied and analyzed, and the safety risk level and threat level of abandoned oil Wells are classified. On this basis, a four-in-one integrated control system of hydrogen sulfide based on the core idea of "classified treatment" is proposed, namely, advanced detection, assessment and classification, comprehensive treatment and effect evaluation. A technical management system of "plugging, injection, spraying, increase, decrease, supervision, protection and withdrawal" is established, and the key technology is based on ground advance plugging, active treatment of alkaline absorption liquid by pre-injection before production and step prevention and control of alkaline absorption liquid injection at middle and high pressure during production. Through the successful application in the field, the problem of hydrogen sulfide disaster prevention in coal mining working face affected by abandoned oil Wells in coal mining areas with overlapping coal and oil resources has been effectively solved. The refined management of hydrogen sulfide disaster is realized, which provides reference for disaster prevention and control in similar mining areas.
