煤矿瓦斯抽采钻孔修护技术研究进展

Progress in research on drilling repair and protect technology for gas drainage in coal mine

  • 摘要: 瓦斯抽采钻孔易失稳堵塞,造成钻孔有效抽采时间缩短、抽采效果断崖式衰减,已成为制约加快推进煤矿区煤层气开发规模提升的瓶颈之一。在分析瓦斯抽采钻孔失稳机理的基础上,从钻孔护孔和堵塞疏通两方面,系统评述了“注浆加固技术”“筛管护孔技术”“机械式疏通技术”和“水射流疏通技术”这4种煤矿井下常用的抽采钻孔修护技术,分析了各自的适用条件与优缺点。对瓦斯抽采钻孔修护技术的发展方向进行了探讨,认为钻孔修护评价体系、随钻护孔及堵塞钻孔疏通—护孔一体化技术装备是钻孔修护技术的未来发展趋势。

     

    Abstract: Gas drainage drillings are prone to instability and blockage, resulting in shortened effective drainage time and sharp attenuation of drainage effects, which has become one of the bottlenecks restricting the accelerating development of coal mine methane. Based on the analysis of the instability mechanism of gas drainage drilling, and from the two aspects of drilling protection and blockage dredging, the four types of drilling repair and protect technology commonly used in coal mines, such as "grouting reinforcement", "protection with screen pipe", "mechanical dredging" and "water jet dredging" are systematically reviewed, and the application conditions, advantages and disadvantages are pointed out respectively. The research direction of drilling repair and protect technology for gas drainage in the future is discussed. The paper argues that evaluation system of drilling repair and protect technique, protection while drilling technique and dredging-protection integration technique are the development trend of drilling repair and protect technology.
