大倾角煤层不规则工作面支承压力演化特征

Evolution characteristics of abutment pressure in irregular working face in steeply dipping coal seam

  • 摘要: 针对大倾角煤层不规则工作面围岩控制难题,结合大倾角煤层工作面开采特点,构建了大倾角煤层不规则工作面数值计算模型,开展了不规则工作面在不同倾角条件下支承压力动态演化规律研究。结果表明:不规则工作面走向与倾向支承压力动态演化过程具有一致性,不规则工作面上中下不同区域支承压力形成与演化过程受煤层倾角影响表现出不一致性;工作面衔接段10~40 m内支承压力呈现过度集中的特点;受煤层倾角影响,工作面中部超前支承压力最大;工作面超前支承压力演化经历了5个阶段;走向推进至70 m和140 m时,超前支承压力出现峰值。

     

    Abstract: In view of the control problem of surrounding rock of irregular working face in steeply dipping coal seam, combined with the mining characteristics of steeply dipping coal seam, the numerical calculation model of the irregular working face of steeply dipping coal seam was constructed, and the dynamic evolution of abutment pressure in irregular working face at different inclination angle was studied. The results show that the dynamic evolution process of irregular working face is consistent with that of inclined abutment pressure, the formation and evolution of abutment pressure in the upper, middle and lower regions of irregular working face are inconsistent under the influence of coal seam inclination; the abutment pressure in the connection section of the working face within the range from 10 m to 40 m is excessively concentrated; the advance abutment pressure in the middle of the working face is the largest under the influence of coal seam inclination; the evolution of the advanced abutment pressure has gone through five stages; when the working face advances to 70 m and 140 m, the advance abutment pressure appears peak value.
