瓦斯蓄热氧化工艺热能调控装备分析与探讨

  • 摘要: 安装在800~1 000℃的高温烟气管道上的高温阀门是低浓度瓦斯蓄热氧化井筒加热工艺中热能调控的核心部件,为保证其满足故障率低、泄漏量小的工艺要求,通过分析高温阀门的材质和结构要求得出:高温阀门需要采用以高温合金钢为主体材料、不锈钢表面堆焊合金为内件材料,采用伍德密封结构并经合适的铸造加工工艺制造。研制的高温阀门在阳煤五矿小南庄瓦斯蓄热氧化井筒加热项目中运行效果良好,能够满足工艺热能调控的性能要求,同时提高了项目工艺的经济性和安全性。

     

    Abstract: The high temperature valve installed on the high temperature flue gas pipe from 800 ℃ to 1 000 ℃ is the core component of thermal energy control in the heating process of low concentration gas thermal storage and oxidation shaft, in order to meet the technical requirements of low failure rate and small leakage, the material and structure requirements of high temperature valve were analyzed. It is concluded that high temperature valve should be made of superalloy steel as the main material, stainless steel surfacing alloy as the internal material, Wood sealing structure and appropriate casting process. The developed high temperature valve has good operation effect in the actual heating process of Xiaonanzhuang gas thermal storage oxidation shaft in Yangquan No.5 Coal Mine, which can meet the performance requirements of process thermal energy regulation, and improve the economy and safety of the project process.
