选煤厂原煤仓瓦斯超限治理研究

Study on control of gas over limit in raw coal bunker in coal preparation plant

  • 摘要: 为解决选煤厂原煤仓瓦斯超限的问题,以铁东选煤厂原煤仓为工程背景,建立原煤仓的数学模型和物理模型,对原煤仓内部的瓦斯浓度分布情况进行数值模拟,结果表明:在不借助任何通风设备的情况下,冬夏两季原煤仓内瓦斯浓度均高于《煤矿安全规程》规定的浓度。通过增加原煤仓通风口数量和增加仓外通风设施,提出了4种原煤仓瓦斯治理方案并进行数值模拟,对比分析结果表明,采用进口风速0.7 m/s的两进两出的正压通风方式,能够降低煤仓内各处瓦斯浓度,可有效解决铁东选煤厂原煤仓瓦斯超限的问题。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of gas over limit in raw coal bunker in coal preparation plant, taking Tiedong Coal Preparation Plant as the engineering background, the mathematical model and physical model of the raw coal bunker were established and the internal gas concentration distribution in the raw coal bunker was numerically simulated. The results show that without the help of any ventilation equipment, the gas concentration in the original bunker in winter and summer is higher than the concentration stipulated in the Coal Mine Safety Regulations. By increasing the number of vents in the raw coal bunker and increasing the ventilation facilities outside the bunker, four kinds of gas control schemes for the raw bunker are put forward and numerical simulation is carried out. The comparative analysis results show that the two-in-two-out forced ventilation with inlet wind speed of 0.7 m/s can reduce the gas concentration in all parts of the bunker, it can effectively solve the problem of gas over limit in raw coal bunker of Tiedong Coal Preparation Plant.
