表面活性剂复配对低阶煤煤尘润湿性的影响

Study on effect of surfactant mixtures on wettability of low-rank coal dust

  • 摘要: 为解决煤尘不易被水润湿的问题,选取表面活性剂加入水中制成复配溶液。通过测定自来水、5种不同类型表面活性剂单体溶液及5种复配溶液的表面张力、煤尘接触角及煤尘沉降时间,研究表面活性剂复配对煤尘润湿性的影响规律。结果表明:阴离子与非离子、阴离子与阴离子、非离子与非离子表面活性剂复配都可以起到协同增效作用,显著提高煤尘的润湿性。其中质量分数为0.06%的快速渗透剂T和质量分数为0.20%的烷基糖苷APG复配溶液润湿煤尘效果最佳,100 mg煤尘沉降时间为0.22 min。研究结果可为表面活性剂的选取提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem that coal dust is not easy to be wet by water, surfactant is added into water to make mixture solution. By testing the surface tension, contact angle and settling time of coal dust of raw water, 5 different types of surfactant monomer solutions and 5 mixed solutions, the influence of surfactant on wettability of coal dust is studied. The results show that anionic and non-ionic, anionic and anionic, non-ionic and non-ionic surfactant mixtures can play a synergistic effect and significantly improve the wettability of coal dust. The mixture solution of rapid penetrant T(w=0.06%) and APG(w=0.20%) demonstrate the best wetting ability, the settling time of 100 mg coal dust in solution is 0.22 min. The results can provide reference for the selection of surfactant.
