智能氧气呼吸器的设计及试验研究

摘要: 为了解决传统机械式氧气呼吸器技术滞后、安全可靠性不高的问题,基于应急救援领域信息化、智能化技术发展理念,研制了一种智能氧气呼吸器。该智能氧气呼吸器集成了开机自检、运行工况检测和无线语音通信模块,在氧气呼吸器上集成了参数采集传感器与微处理器,实现呼吸器指标参数、救援环境参数的实时监测;对所采集到的信息进行智能分析,实现阈值检测与预警;采用短距离无线语音通信技术,实现队员间的语音交流。通过仿人呼吸试验、清水溪地下爆炸试验巷道语音通讯性能测试及救护队真人佩戴试验,结果表明:该智能氧气呼吸器防护性能满足MT 867—2000标准要求;开机自检、运行工况检测系统各项功能运行正常,达到设计要求;无线语音通讯实现6人双通、可视语音通讯距离大于100 m。Abstract: In order to solve the problems of lagging technology, low safety and reliability of the traditional mechanical oxygen respirator, an intelligent oxygen respirator was developed based on the development concept of information and intelligent technology in the field of emergency rescue. The oxygen respirator was integrated with power on self-test, operation condition detection and wireless voice communication module. Parameter acquisition sensor and microprocessor were assembled on the oxygen respirator to realize the real-time monitoring of the parameters of respirator index and rescue environment; the collected information was intelligently analyzed to realize threshold detection and early warning; the short-distance wireless voice communication technology was used to realize the voice communication among team members. Through the human breathing test, the voice communication performance test of underground explosion test tunnel in Qingshuixi and the wearing test of human rescue team, the results show that the protective performance of the intelligent oxygen respirator meets the requirements of MT 867-2000 standard; all functions such as the power on self-test and operation condition detection system run normally, meeting the design requirements; the wireless voice communication realizes 6-person dual communication and visual voice communication distance is more than 100 m.
