煤矿瓦斯抽采管网监控与分元评价系统研究与应用

Study and application of monitoring and component evaluation system for gas extraction pipe network in coal mine

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿传统瓦斯抽采数据依靠人工测量、采集,以及分析评价过程中存在数据分析不充分、预警不及时等问题,基于瓦斯抽采基础条件,开发了系统监测评价程序,结合GD3型瓦斯抽放多参数传感器,构建了能够对各参数实时监测采集、分析报警的煤矿瓦斯抽采管网监控与分元评价系统。该系统在逢春煤矿应用表明,系统监测数据与人工手持式瓦斯参数测定仪测定结果基本一致,且实现了异常区报警、预抽时间在线评估,极大地提高了生产组织效率。

     

    Abstract: Traditional gas extraction data of coal mine rely on manual measurement, collection, and data analysis is insufficient and early warning is not timely in the process of analysis and evaluation. In view of these problems, a systematic monitoring and evaluation procedure was developed based on the basic conditions of gas extraction, combined with GD3 gas drainage multi-parameter sensor, the monitoring and component evaluation system of coal mine gas drainage pipe network was constructed, which can monitor, collect and analyze the parameters in real time. The application of the system in Fengchun Coal Mine shows that the monitoring data of the system are basically consistent with the determination results of the hand-held gas parameter measuring instrument, moreover, the abnormal area alarm and the online evaluation of pre-extraction time is realized, which greatly improves the production organization efficiency.
