温庄煤业15106回风巷沿空掘巷围岩控制研究

Study on surrounding rock control of 15106 return airway in gob-side entry driving of Wenzhuang Coal Industry

  • 摘要: 以温庄煤业15106回风巷沿空掘巷的巷道布置及围岩控制为工程背景,借助现场实测、理论分析等手段,依据UDEC多边形破坏准则建立了Trigon数值模型,分析15106回风巷邻近采空区侧向支承应力分布范围,并进一步分析了不同宽度煤柱内应力、裂隙扩展特征及巷道围岩变形规律,基于裂隙闭合区长度确定了15106回风巷合理窄煤柱宽度为5 m。提出了高强锚杆锚索配合钢筋梯子梁支护技术,矿压观测结果表明,当煤柱宽度为5 m时巷道围岩的变形量较小,高强锚杆锚索支护结构能够稳定承载,同时煤柱中部存在一定长度的裂隙闭合区,验证了5 m煤柱宽度及围岩控制技术的合理性。

     

    Abstract: Taking the roadway layout and surrounding rock control of 15106 return airway in gob-side entry driving in Wenzhuang Coal Industry as the engineering background, by means of field measurement, theoretical analysis and other means, Trigon numerical model was established according to UDEC polygon failure criterion, the distribution range of lateral supporting stress in goaf adjacent to 15106 return airway was analyzed, and the internal stress of coal pillar with different widths, the characteristics of crack expansion and the deformation law of surrounding rock of roadway were further analyzed. The reasonable narrow coal pillar width of 15106 return airway was determined to be 5 m based on the length of crack closed area. The supporting technology of high strength rockbolt and anchor cable with reinforced ladder beam was put forward. Mine pressure observation results show that when the width of coal pillar is 5 m, the deformation of roadway surrounding rock is small, and the high strength rockbolt and anchor cable can stably bear the load, at the same time, there is a certain length of crack closed zone in the middle of the coal pillar, which verifies the rationality of the 5 m coal pillar width and surrounding rock control technology.
