抽采负压沿顺层钻孔分布规律及应用研究

Study on the distribution law and application of negative extraction pressure in bedding borehole

  • 摘要: 为了掌握顺层长钻孔内负压分布规律,更好地指导顺层钻孔关键参数的确定及抽采技术应用,建立了钻孔周围煤体内瓦斯流动模型,并对钻孔内瓦斯流动模型进行耦合,得到顺层钻孔内负压分布计算公式。理论分析了传统抽采、加长抽采管抽采和下放筛管抽采3种工艺钻孔内负压分布状态及抽采效果,并在重庆能投渝阳煤矿N3702工作面进行现场试验验证,结果表明:采用理论计算公式对实测数据进行拟合,拟合度接近1,百米钻孔压损计算值与实测值偏差仅为3.97%,计算模型能满足工程实践的精度要求;3种抽采工艺效果对比显示,传统抽采工艺压损大、易漏气,在成孔条件较好的硬煤层中宜采用加长抽采管工艺,而在成孔条件不好的软煤层中宜采用下放筛管工艺。

     

    Abstract: In order to master the distribution law of negative pressure in the bedding long borehole, and better guide the determination of key parameters of bedding borehole and the application of drainage technology, the gas flow model in coal around borehole was established, and it was coupled with the gas flow model in the borehole, the formula for calculating the negative pressure distribution in the bedding borehole was obtained. The distribution of negative pressure in the borehole and the extraction effect under three processes were analyzed theoretically, and the three processes were traditional extraction technology, lengthening extraction tube technology and loading the screen pipe technology. The field test was carried out in N3702 working face of Yuyang Coal Mine of Chongqing Energy Investment Group. The results show that the theoretical calculation formula is used to fit the measured data, and the fitting degree is close to 1, the pressure loss deviation between the calculation value and the measured value of 100 meters drilling hole is only 3.97%, and the calculation model can meet the need of precision in engineering practice; the comparison of the effects of the three extraction processes shows that the traditional extraction process has large pressure loss and is prone to air leakage, in the hard coal seam with good hole forming conditions, lengthening extraction tube technology should be adopted, while in the soft coal seam with poor hole forming conditions, loading the screen pipe technology should be adopted.
