深部大倾角煤巷底鼓控制技术研究

Research on control technology of floor heave in deep large inclined coal roadway

  • 摘要: 针对西北矿区侏罗系煤巷底鼓量大且变形速度快的问题,以靖远煤电公司王家山煤矿中二401回风平巷为研究对象,采用理论分析、FLAC3D数值模拟、松动圈现场测试、现场监测等技术方法,对其巷道围岩的地质特点及底鼓原因进行了研究,提出采用反底拱配合锚注加固的底鼓控制方法。研究结果表明:401回风平巷底板岩层为典型的侏罗系偏软岩层,岩层承载能力低且其开掘位置处于侧上方47407综放工作面采空区残余侧向支承应力峰值范围内,受高应力影响明显;401回风平巷底鼓类型以应力型底鼓为主,膨胀型底鼓为辅;将巷道反底拱处理配合亲泥性注浆材料锚注加固的控制方法应用于现场试验后,该巷道底板岩体承载能力及稳定性显著提高,巷道底鼓量显著减小且巷道处于稳定状态。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems of large floor heave and fast deformation speed in Jurassic coal roadway in the northwest mining area, this paper took Zhonger 401 return airway in Wangjiashan Coal Mine of Jingyuan Coal and Power Company as the research object. Based on theoretical analysis, FLAC3D numerical simulation, loosening on-site testing, on-site monitoring and other technical methods, the geological characteristics of surrounding rock and the cause of floor heave were studied.The results show that the floor stratum of return air roadway are typical Jurassic soft stratum, the bearing capacity of the stratum is low and the excavation position is in the range of the peak value of the residual lateral support stress in goaf of 47407 fully mechanized caving face, which is obviously affected by high stress; the type of floor heave in return airway is mainly stress-type floor heave, supplemented by expansion-type floor heave; as the proposed control method of roadway inverted arch treatment combined with anchorage and grouting reinforcement of muddy grouting material is used for the field test, the load capacity and stability of the rock mass of the roadway floor have been significantly improved, the amount of floor heaves in the roadway has been significantly reduced and the roadway is in a stable state.
