综放工作面过陷落柱影响区煤壁片帮防治技术

Prevention and control technology of coal rib spalling in the area affected by collapse column in fully mechanized caving face

  • 摘要: 陷落柱影响区煤岩往往较为破碎,工作面回采过陷落柱时易出现煤壁片帮及冒顶情况,影响工作面安全开采。为保证工作面安全开采,以赵庄二号井2309工作面为工程背景,分析了综放工作面过陷落柱时的应力演化规律和顶板结构特征,通过采取分阶段细化工作面管理和重点区域超前注浆加固的煤壁片帮综合防治技术,有效预防了工作面煤壁片帮和冒顶。现场工业性试验表明,采取综合防治技术措施后,工作面煤壁整体直立平整,最多连续出现2个架片帮,片帮深度不超400 mm,没有出现漏顶现象;工作面推进速度为2.46 m/d,为正常区域的81.7%。

     

    Abstract: The coal and rock in the area affected by the collapse column are often broken, and it is easy to appear rib spalling and roof fall when the working face is mining over collapse column, which affects the safe mining of the working face. In order to ensure the safety mining of working face, the 2309 working face of Zhaozhuang No.2 Coal Mine was taken as the engineering background, the stress evolution law and roof structure characteristics of fully mechanized caving face when passing the collapse column were analyzed.Through adopting the comprehensive prevention and control technology of coal rib spalling, which was characterized by detailed working face management in stages and advanced grouting reinforcement in key areas, the coal rib spalling and roof falling were effectively prevented. Field industrial tests show that after taking the comprehensive control measures, the coal wall of the working face is upright and smooth, it can effectively prevent coal wall slicing and roof falling in working face, and there are at most two rib spallings in succession, and the depth of the rib spalling is not more than 400 mm. The advancing speed of the working face is 2.46 m/d, which is 81.7% of the normal area.
