新型凝胶泡沫材料阻化性能实验研究

Experimental research on the resistance performance of a new type of gel foam material

  • 摘要: 为研究新型凝胶泡沫对煤体阻化作用的效能与影响,基于程序升温实验,对凝胶泡沫处理前后的不同粒径煤样组进行实验,分析煤样升温过程中的耗氧速率、CO与CH4气体体积分数及其产生率,以及凝胶泡沫对煤样的阻化率。研究结果表明:煤的粒径不同,其耗氧速率也不同,经新型凝胶泡沫处理煤样的CO、CH4气体的体积分数及其产生率均明显低于未经处理的煤样;在100 ℃时,粒径小于0.9 mm煤样的阻化率为59.23%,粒径3~5 mm煤样的阻化率为61.69%,粒径6~10 mm煤样的阻化率为65.63%,各粒径煤样受凝胶泡沫的阻化影响顺序为大粒径> 中粒径> 小粒径;新型凝胶泡沫材料能有效延缓煤的氧化过程、抑制煤氧复合反应、延迟煤体蓄热进程,对防治煤自燃具有十分积极的作用。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the effectiveness and influence of a new type of gel foam on the role of the inhibitor for the coal, based on temperature programmed experiments, coal sample groups with different particle sizes were tested before and after gel foam treatment.The oxygen consumption rate, CO and CH4 gas volume fraction and their production rate, as well as the resistance rate of gel foam on coal samples during the heating process were analyzed.The results show that the oxygen consumption rate varies with the size of coal, and the concentration and production rate of CO and CH4 gas in the coal sample treated by the new gel foam are significantly lower than that of the untreated coal sample; at 100 ℃, the resistance rate of coal samples with particle size less than 0.9 mm is 59.23%, that of coal samples with particle size from 3 mm to 5 mm is 61.69%, and that of coal samples with particle size from 6 mm to 10 mm is 65.63%, the order of coal samples with different particle sizes affected by the resistance of gel foam is large particle size > medium particle size > small particle size; the new type of gel foam material can effectively delay the oxidation process of coal, inhibit the combined reaction of coal and oxygen, delay the process of coal heat storage, and play a very positive role in preventing coal spontaneous combustion.
