坚硬顶板深孔预裂爆破强制初放技术研究

Study on forced initial caving technology of deep hole presplitting blasting in hard roof

  • 摘要: 针对坚硬顶板条件下初采初放期间发生压架的问题,以淮南矿区潘二煤矿为工程背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测相结合的研究方法,对深孔预裂爆破强制放顶高度进行研究。结果表明:强制放顶高度应不小于10 m;在0~20 m内,随着放顶高度的增加,基本顶初次来压步距减小,煤壁前方支承压力降低;在20~30 m内,初次来压步距及支承压力均变化不大,因此确定最佳放顶高度为 20 m。强制放顶初采后,支架压力监测结果表明,初次来压步距为17~30 m,且来压不剧烈,深孔预裂爆破效果良好。研究结果对此类条件下工作面的初采初放具有借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of frame compression during the initial mining and caving under the condition of hard roof, taking Panji No.2 Coal Mine of Huainan mining area as the engineering background, by combining theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field measurement, the determination of forced roof caving height for deep hole presplitting blasting was studied.The results show that the forced roof caving height should not be less than 10 m; in the range from 0 m to 20 m, with the increase of the roof caving height, the initial pressure step of the basic roof decreases, and the abutment pressure in front of the coal wall decreases; in the range from 20 m to 30 m, the initial pressure step and the abutment pressure do not change much, so the optimal roof caving height is determined to be 20 m.After the forced roof caving and initial mining, the support pressure monitoring shows that the initial pressure step is from 17 m to 30 m, the pressure is not violent, and the blasting effect is good.It is of reference significance for the initial mining and initial caving of working face under such conditions.
