西北侏罗纪煤田软岩劣化控制技术

Soft rock deterioration control technology in Jurassic Coalfield of northwest China

  • 摘要: 为解决西北侏罗纪煤田软岩工程地质难题,开展了矿物成分分析、膨胀性试验、泥化试验、崩解试验和岩石力学特性测试等工作,对软弱岩体所处的富水环境进行了分析,定义了弱胶结强膨胀富水软岩劣化效应概念。基于软岩的工程地质特征,改变传统单纯依靠支护手段控制围岩变形的做法,分析软岩劣化的内因和诱因,抓住富水环境这一核心要素,提出“治软先治水”的防治理念,形成了“大水防控、小水管理、强化支护、协同治理”的软岩工程劣化控制技术体系。“大水防控”技术从源头上解决了基岩水—砂混合型突涌灾害,“小水管理”阻断了水与软弱围岩的接触,“强化支护”最大限度发挥支护作为围岩变形控制基本手段的功能,坚持水与软岩“协同治理”原则。工程实践证明了上述软岩劣化控制技术的有效性,也表明了水害防治和软岩劣化控制必须采取综合分析、协同治理的技术措施。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the engineering geological problems of the soft rock in the Jurassic Coalfield of northwest China, this paper has carried out mineral composition analysis, swelling test, mudding test, disintegration test and rock mechanics characteristic test, etc., the water-rich environment of the weak rock mass is analyzed, the concept of weak cementation swelling water-rich soft rock deterioration effect is defined.Based on the engineering geological characteristics of soft rock, the traditional method of controlling the deformation of surrounding rock solely by means of support is changed, the internal causes and inducement of soft rock deterioration are analyzed, and the key element of water-rich environment is grasped, this paper puts forward the prevention and control concept of "treating soft need to treat water first", the soft rock engineering degradation control technology system of "large water prevention and control, small water management, strengthening support and collaborative governance" have been formed.The technology of "large water prevention and control" solves the disaster of water inrush with mud and sand from the source, "small water management" blocks the contact between water and soft surrounding rock, and "strengthening support" gives full play to the function of support as the basic means of controlling surrounding rock deformation, the principle of "collaborative governance" of water and soft rock is adhered to.The engineering practice has proved the effectiveness of the above-mentioned key technologies for soft rock deterioration control.It also shows that water disaster prevention and soft rock deterioration control must be comprehensively analyzed and coordinated.
