基于有限元分析的矿用混料机滚筒焊缝坡口对比研究与应用

Comparative study and application of weld groove of drum of mine mixer based on finite element analysis

  • 摘要: 针对矿用混凝土混料机混料滚筒的焊缝频繁开裂问题,采用有限元分析方法,从焊口形式角度出发,建立平口焊和坡口焊2种焊口的滚筒有限元模型,通过模拟添加工作载荷,求解平口焊和坡口焊滚筒焊缝处的应力和应变。对比2种焊口形式的滚筒焊缝残余应力应变结果,发现采用平口焊形式的滚筒每一条焊缝处的应力均小于采用坡口焊形式的应力。根据仿真分析结果,改进滚筒的焊接形式,现场应用结果表明,混料机混料滚筒采用平口焊接形式,能够解决滚筒焊缝频繁开裂的问题,有效提高了混料机焊件的使用寿命。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of frequent cracking of the welds of the concrete mixing cylinder used for mine support, this paper adopts the method of finite element analysis, starting from the angle of the weld form, establishes the finite element model for flat and groove welds, calculates the stress and strain of flat weld and groove weld drum by adding simulated working load.Comparing the results of the residual stress and strain of the welds of the two welding modes, it is found that the stress value at each weld of the drum adopting the flat welding method is smaller than that of the groove welding method.According to the result of simulation, the welding form of drum is improved.The field application results show that the mixing drum adopts the flat welding form, which can solve the problem of frequent weld cracking of the drum and effectively improve the service life of the welding parts of the mixer.
