高浓度充填料浆大倍线管道自流输送技术及应用

Gravity convey technology and application by pipeline with high density backfill slurry and great times line

  • 摘要: 为了实现倍线为15条件下的高浓度风积沙充填料浆自流输送,在对榆阳煤矿充填管路设计和料浆临界流速计算分析的基础上,开展了高浓度料浆充填管路输送工业性试验,计算和试验结果表明:风积沙高浓度充填料浆具有较好的流动性,料浆质量浓度(固料质量/料浆质量)超过72%后流动性会明显下降,充填料浆要实现自流输送,其上限为75%;榆阳煤矿充填料浆输送临界流速为1.19 m/s,工作流速为4.19 m/s,工作流速是临界流速的3.5倍,充填管路最大输送能力可达到396 m3/h,料浆的管路输送具有较高的可靠性,实现了以风积沙为骨料的高浓度充填料浆的大倍线自流输送。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize the gravity convey of high concentration backfill slurry of aeolian sand at 15 times line, on the basis of the design of filling pipeline and the calculation and analysis of slurry critical velocity in Yuyang Coal Mine, the industrial test on convey by high density slurry backfill pipeline was carried out.The calculation and test results show that the high density aeolian sand backfill slurry has good fluidity, and the fluidity will decrease obviously when the slurry mass fraction (the ratio of solid material mass to slurry mass) exceeds 72%, the upper limit of the concentration of the filling slurry is 75% if it is to be conveyed by gravity; the critical velocity of slurry convey in Yuyang Coal Mine is 1.19 m/s and operating velocity is 4.19 m/s, which is 3.5 times of the critical velocity, the maximum conveying capacity of backfill pipeline of 396 m3/h, and the pipeline conveying of slurry has high reliability, the great times line gravity convey of high density backfill slurry with aeolian sand as aggregate is achieved.
