深部矿山巷道大变形综合预测方法研究

Study on comprehensive prediction method of large deformation of deep mine roadway

  • 摘要: 为了准确预测深井巷道在不同阶段的挤压大变形程度, 以金川二矿区深部巷道为研究对象开展研究,将大变形划分为4个等级。根据挤压大变形的S型变形规律,利用Logistic模型对监测数据进行回归预测,获得大变形的总体发展趋势及最终变形量,为巷道生产维护阶段的等级预测提供参考;综合考虑应力状态、地质环境、施工条件及围岩性质等因素,利用层次分析法赋权,建立AHP-集对分析的大变形预测模型;基于最大隶属度原则和置信度准则进行等级辨识,对巷道勘察设计阶段潜在大变形等级进行超前预测。结果表明:针对不同阶段的预测模型预测等级与实际情况相吻合,可为深部矿山巷道支护设计及维护提供依据。

     

    Abstract: In order to accurately predict the degree of large extrusion deformation of deep roadway in different stages, taking the deep roadway in Jinchuan No.2 mining area as the research object, the large deformation was divided into four grades. According to the S-shaped deformation law of large extrusion deformation, the monitoring data were regressed and predicted by Logistic model, and the overall development trend and final deformation of large deformation were obtained, which provided a reference for the grade prediction of roadway production and maintenance stage. At the same time, comprehensively considering the factors such as stress state, geological environment, construction conditions and surrounding rock properties, the large deformation prediction model based on AHP-SPA was established by using the weight of analytic hierarchy process. Based on the maximum membership principle and confidence criterion, the grade identification was carried out, and the potential large deformation grade in the stage of roadway survey and design was predicted in advance. The results show that the prediction grade of the prediction model for different stages is consistent with the actual situation, which can provide a basis for the design and maintenance of roadway support in deep mines.
