多夹层顶板综放工作面采空区自燃“三带”划分

Division of "three zones" of spontaneous combustion in goaf in fully mechanized caving face with multi interlayer roof

  • 摘要: 采空区遗煤自燃属于煤矿重要灾害。为探究其自燃“三带”分布规律,以高家窑煤矿5203综放工作面为研究对象,采用实验室测定煤相关自然发火特性参数,现场布置运输巷与回风巷两侧的温度与气体采集系统,Fluent模拟采空区风流速度等方法,对5203综放工作面“三带”进行了划分。结果表明:以温度为划分标准的“三带”范围与氧气浓度划分的范围相近,以氧气浓度划分的散热带宽度为17.0~21.2 m,自燃带宽度为66.7~74.6 m,窒息带宽度大于83.7~95.8 m。Fluent模拟的散热带宽度为18~22 m,自燃带宽度为64~73 m,模拟结果与实测自燃“三带”范围相近。并结合5 #煤层最短自然发火期计算出工作面最低推进速度,研究结果可为矿井安全生产提供保障。

     

    Abstract: Spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf is an important disaster in coal mine. In order to explore the distribution law of "three zones" of spontaneous combustion, the 5203 fully mechanized caving face in Gaojiayao Coal Mine was taken as the research object. By means of laboratory measurement of coal related natural ignition characteristic parameters, on-site arrangement of temperature and gas acquisition systems on both sides of headentry and return airway, Fluent simulation of air flow velocity in goaf, etc., the "three zones" of 5203 working face were divided. The results show that the range of "three zones" based on temperature is similar to that of oxygen concentration. The width of heat dissipation zone divided by oxygen concentration is 17.0 m to 21.2 m, the width of spontaneous combustion zone is 66.7 m to 74.6 m, and the width of asphyxia zone is more than 83.7 m to 95.8 m. The width of heat dissipation zone simulated by Fluent is 18 m to 22 m and the width of spontaneous combustion zone is 64 m to 73 m. The simulation results are similar to the measured "three zones" of spontaneous combustion. Combined with the shortest spontaneous combustion period of No.5 coal seam, the minimum advancing speed of the working face is calculated to provide guarantee for mine safety production.
