燃煤机组尾部烟道三氧化硫脱除数值模拟研究

Numerical simulation study of sulfur trioxide removal from tail flue of coal-fired unit

  • 摘要: 为减少燃煤电厂机组烟道尾气三氧化硫SO 3对环境的破坏和对燃煤机组日常运行的不利影响,对SO 3的脱除开展模拟研究。以燃煤机组尾部烟道为模拟对象,建立碱性吸收剂溶液吸收SO 3多相流全过程反应的数值模型;以碳酸钠Na 2CO 3溶液为碱性吸收剂,通过该模型研究碱性吸收剂吸收SO 3的基本特性,并探究碱性吸收剂各项参数对SO 3脱除效率的影响。研究结果表明,Na 2CO 3在烟道的主要存在方式为固相,烟气温度对SO 3脱除效率影响较小,喷枪系统不同布置方案的脱除效率不一,Na 2CO 3的质量浓度为100 g/L时效果较好,摩尔比与SO 3的脱除效率并非线性相关,喷雾粒径为40~70 μm、雾化角度为60°时,效果较好。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the damage of SO 3 to the environment and the negative impact on the daily operation of coal-fired power plant units, a simulation study of SO 3 removal was carried out. First, a numerical model of the whole process reaction of SO 3 absorption by alkaline absorber in multiphase flow was established using the tail flue of a coal-fired unit as a simulation object. Then the basic characteristics of SO 3 absorption by alkaline absorber were investigated by using sodium carbonate Na 2CO 3 solution as alkaline absorber, and the effects of various parameters of alkaline absorber on SO 3 removal efficiency were also investigated by the model. The results show that the main existence mode of Na 2CO 3 in the flue is solid phase, and the flue gas temperature has a small effect on SO 3 removal efficiency. The removal efficiency of the gun system varies with different arrangements. The removal efficiency is better when the mass concentration of Na 2CO 3 is 100 g/L, and the molar ratio is not linearly correlated with the removal efficiency of SO 3. When the spray particle size is 40 μm to 70 μm and the atomization angle is 60°, the effect is better.
