矿井外因火灾监测预警与智能防控技术

The technology of monitoring and early warning and intelligent prevention and control for mine exogenous fire

  • 摘要: 矿井外因火灾防治存在监测手段单一、预警准确率低、应急辅助决策缺失、无法实现火灾就地处置的难题,智能化水平亟待提高。为实现外因火灾精准预警与智能联动控制一体化解决方案,从信息感知、数据集成、智能预警、辅助决策和联动控制5个方面综述了矿井外因火灾监测预警与智能防控研究进展。具体包括:在信息感知方面,采用先进监测手段、开发高精度检测装备和优选外因火灾精准预警指标,实现火灾信息全程动态感知;在数据集成方面,建议统一数据采集、传输、存储和访问接口标准,规范各类数据的接入;在智能预警方面,提出智能预警关键参数识别方法和预警策略;在辅助决策方面,构建包含时空信息处理、时空图谱构建、时空分析与智能决策的一站式解决方案;在联动控制方面,建立包含广播系统、安全逃生系统、通风控制系统和灭火系统的智能联动控制系统。

     

    Abstract: There are some problems in the prevention and control of mine exogenous fire,such as single monitoring means, low accuracy of early warning,lack of auxiliary decision-making for emergency response,and inability to realize in-situ disposal of fires,and the level of intelligence needs to be improved urgently. To realize the integrated solution of accurate early warning and intelligent coordinated control of exogenous fire, this study comprehensively describes the research progress of mine exogenous fire monitoring and early warning and intelligent prevention and control from five aspects: information perception,data integration,intelligent early warning,auxiliary decision-making, and coordinated control. Specifically, in terms of information perception,advanced monitoring methods are adopted,and high-precision detection equipment is developed,and accurate early warning indicators for exogenous fires are optimized to achieve dynamic perception of fire information throughout the process. In terms of data integration,it is recommended to unify the standards for data acquisition,transmission,storage and access interface standards,and standardize the access of various types of data. In terms of intelligent early warning, the key parameter identification method of intelligent early warning and early warning strategy are proposed. In terms of auxiliary decision-making, a one-stop solution including spatio-temporal information processing, spatio-temporal map construction, spatio-temporal analysis and intelligent decision-making is constructed. In terms of coordinated control,an intelligent coordinated control system including broadcasting system,safe escape system,ventilation control system and fire extinguishing system is established.
