酸化砂岩三轴压缩变形局部化时空演化规律研究

Study on the space-time evolution law of triaxial compression deformation localization of acidified sandstone

  • 摘要: 为探究酸化作用后砂岩破坏过程中的变形局部化时空演化规律,利用可视化三轴压缩伺服控制试验系统,开展了酸性化学腐蚀后砂岩的三轴压缩试验,基于三维数字图像相关技术,对砂岩变形局部化时空演化特征进行研究。试验结果表明:在三轴压缩荷载作用下,砂岩变形局部化具有渐进性,应变值处于前5%的应变点逐步集中于试件宏观破裂面; 在相同围压下,砂岩表面宏观断裂出现的变形局部化带宽度随着浸泡时间的延长呈现先增大后减小的趋势; 基于三维数字图像相关技术可获取砂岩在三维空间中的表面变形数据点,通过分析砂岩受载过程中前5%较大应变点的时空演化特征,发现变形局部化带与试件轴向的夹角整体上随着浸泡时间的延长而减小,且随着浸泡时间延长,破裂面呈现由曲面向平面转化的趋势。

     

    Abstract: To investigate how deformation localization develops in sandstone during failure under acidification, we conducted triaxial compression tests on sandstone samples exposed to acidic chemical corrosion. The experiments used a visual servo-controlled triaxial compression system and employed three-dimensional digital image correlation (3D-DIC) technology to analyze spatiotemporal patterns of deformation. The results revealed several key findings: (1)Under triaxial compression, deformation localization in sandstone develops progressively, with strain values gradually concentrating along the main fracture surface, particularly at the initial 5% strain points. (2)At a constant confining pressure, the width of the deformation localization band on the sandstone surface first increases and then decreases as immersion time in acid solution increases. (3)Using 3D-DIC, we obtained detailed surface deformation data in three dimensions. Analysis of the spatial and temporal evolution of the largest 5% strain points during loading showed that the angle between the deformation localization zone and the specimen's axial direction decreases as immersion time increases. Additionally, with longer immersion, the fracture surface evolves from a surface feature to a planar one.
