粉尘浓度监测关键技术及发展趋势

Key technologies and development trends of dust concentration monitoring

  • 摘要: 粉尘是造成大气污染的重要因素,对生态环境和人体健康造成严重威胁。粉尘浓度监测旨在通过自动化技术手段,定量测定作业场所粉尘污染程度,以及工人实际接触的单位体积空气中粉尘含量。通过粉尘浓度监测,可有效评估作业环境质量,并科学评估粉尘对人体的危害程度。系统评述了粉尘浓度监测技术的研究现状、发展趋势及当前存在的主要问题。在阐述电荷感应法、光散射法等典型监测技术原理的基础上,重点从环境空气中总粉尘与个体呼吸性粉尘浓度监测2个维度,对相关文献进行了综述与分析。结合粉尘浓度监测技术在工业生产中的实际应用情况,探讨了当前该领域面临的技术瓶颈,并对粉尘浓度监测技术的未来发展方向与研究重点进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: Dust is a major factor causing air pollution and poses significant threats to the ecological environment and human health. Dust concentration monitoring aims to quantitatively determine the level of dust contamination in workplaces and the concentration of dust per unit volume to which workers are actually exposed, using automated technical means. Conducting dust concentration monitoring enables effective assessment of the working environment quality and scientific evaluation of the health hazards posed by dust. This study systematically reviews the research status, development trends, and existing challenges in dust concentration monitoring technology. Based on an elaboration of the principles of typical monitoring techniques, such as the charge induction method and the light scattering method, a literature review and analysis are conducted focusing on two aspects: environmental total dust concentration monitoring and individual respirable dust concentration monitoring. In light of the practical application of dust concentration monitoring technology in industrial production, the technical bottlenecks and current challenges in this field are further discussed. Finally, the future development directions and key research priorities for dust concentration monitoring technology are proposed.
