综采工作面风流参数对喷雾降尘效果的影响研究

Study on the influence of airflow parameters on spray dust suppression in a fully mechanized mining face

  • 摘要: 喷雾降尘技术是控制和降低综采工作面粉尘浓度的重要手段,广泛应用于矿山领域。为研究风流参数和喷雾参数对喷雾降尘效果的影响,基于ANSYS Fluent数值模拟软件,建立了尘雾耦合模型,模拟空气流动、雾滴和粉尘颗粒的相互作用,研究了不同风速、喷雾方向和喷雾组数对降尘效率的影响。研究结果表明,风速对降尘效果有显著影响,在2 m/s时,降尘效果最佳,降尘率可达91.7%,进一步加大风速会导致降尘效率下降。当喷雾方向与风向呈45°、60°时降尘效果最佳,降尘率分别为96.4%、96.7%。当采煤机上、下风侧滚筒的喷雾组数超过2组时,继续增加喷雾组数对降尘效果的提升不明显。

     

    Abstract: Spray dust suppression technology is a key method for controlling and reducing dust concentration in fully mechanized working faces and is widely used in mining industry. To investigate the effects of airflow and spray parameters on dust suppression performance, a dust-mist coupling model was developed using ANSYS Fluent numerical simulation software. The model simulates air flow, droplet behavior, and dust particle interactions to examine the influence of wind speed, spray angle, and number of spray nozzles on dust suppression efficiency. The results show that wind speed significantly affects dust suppression performance, with the optimal efficiency of 91.7% achieved at a wind speed of 2 m/s. Further increases in wind speed lead to a reduction in efficiency. The best dust suppression effects are observed when the spray direction is oriented at 45° and 60° relative to the airflow, yielding efficiencies of 96.4% and 96.7%, respectively. In addition, when the number of spray nozzles on both the upwind and downwind sides of the shearer drum exceeds two, further increases in nozzle count result in negligible improvements in dust suppression efficiency.
