基于焓值的矿井热环境风险分级方法与应用

Risk grading method and application for mine thermal environment based on enthalpy

  • 摘要: 高温热害是深部矿井的主要灾害之一,严重制约矿井的安全高效生产,科学评价矿井热环境是治理矿井热害的基础。基于高温高湿环境的人体热暴露实验,提出了矿井热环境评价的焓值法,建立了焓值法的评价标准,划分了矿井热环境的风险等级,并在海石湾煤矿1070掘进工作面进行了应用验证。研究结果表明,焓值能有效表征人体热反应,既能综合反映矿井高温高湿环境,又可直接用于机械制冷降温时的冷量设计,在深部矿井热害治理中具有良好的适用性; 以焓值40、55、70、85、100 kJ/kg为阈值,将矿井热环境划分为无风险、低风险、中等风险、高风险和非常高风险5个等级,并明确了不同热环境风险等级下的人体热反应及应对措施; 海石湾煤矿1070掘进工作面热环境具有高温低湿的特点,其最低热环境的风险等级为中等,局部区域为高风险或非常高风险等级; 在热环境重点控制区域内,矿井空调发挥了重要作用,但制冷量仍需进一步增加。1070掘进工作面的实际情况与热环境焓值法评价结果高度吻合,能够体现出高温高湿环境对井下作业人员舒适度的影响,验证了焓值法的适用性。

     

    Abstract: High temperature heat damage is one of the prominent disasters in deep mines, which seriously restricts the safe and efficient production of mines, and scientific evaluation of mine thermal environment is the basis for solving the problem of mine heat damage. Based on the human heat exposure test in high temperature and high humidity environment, the enthalpy method of mine thermal environment evaluation was proposed, the evaluation standard of the enthalpy method was established, and the risk level of mine thermal environment was divided, which was applied in the 1070 excavation face of Haishiwan Coal Mine. The results show that the enthalpy value has a good ability to characterize the thermal response of the human body, which can not only comprehensively reflect the high temperature and high humidity environment of the mine, but also can be directly used in the design of cooling capacity during mechanical refrigeration and cooling, and has good applicability in the mine heat damage control of deep mines. Taking the enthalpy values of 40 kJ/kg, 55 kJ/kg, 70 kJ/kg, 85 kJ/kg and 100 kJ/kg as the thresholds, the thermal environment of the mine was divided into five levels, including no risk, low risk, medium risk, high risk and very high risk, and the human thermal response and counter measures under different risk levels of thermal environment were clarified. The thermal environment of the 1070 excavation face of Haishiwan Coal Mine has the characteristics of high temperature and low humidity, and the lowest thermal environment risk level is medium, and the local area is high risk or very high risk level. Mine air conditioning plays an important role in the key control areas of thermal environment, but the cooling capacity still needs to be further increased. The actual situation of the 1070 excavation face is highly consistent with the evaluation results of the enthalpy method of thermal environment, which can reflect the influence of high temperature and high humidity environment on the comfort of underground operators, and verify the applicability of the enthalpy method.
