基于充填开采的无损采矿技术构想

The concept of non-destructive mining technology based on filling mining

  • 摘要: 为解决多数充填开采技术采煤、充填工序的时空矛盾,综合分析国内煤矿充填开采技术的应用现状,探讨了现有各类充填开采技术存在的问题。基于此,结合自行设计的采充独立复合液压支架,提出了煤矿无损充填开采技术构想,划分了无损充填开采技术途径,以实现煤炭开采过程中生态环境、开采效率与工作空间的近零损害;基于研究团队相关成果,提出了一种适用于无损充填开采的强化充填法,并完善了工艺流程,可实现充填体强度对于顶板破断过程中不同区域运动差异性的精准适配。以上述研究为基础,提出煤矿无损充填开采技术的未来发展方向为轻便化高效能设备的集成技术、智能化的采充装备、多元化利用的矸石基材料。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the space-time contradiction between mining and filling processes of most filling mining technologies, the existing problems of various filling mining technologies were discussed by comprehensively analyzing the application status of filling mining technologies in domestic coal mines. Based on this, combined with the self-designed independent and composite hydraulic support for mining and filling, the technical conception of non-destructive filling mining in coal mine was put forward. The technical ways of non-destructive filling mining were categorized to realize the near-zero damage of ecological environment, mining efficiency and working space in the process of coal mining. Based on the relevant results of the research team, an enhanced filling method suitable for non-destructive filling mining was proposed, and its process flow was refined, which can realize the accurate adaptation of the strength of the filling body to the difference of movement in different regions during the roof breaking process. Based on the above research, the future development direction of non-destructive backfill mining technology in coal mines is proposed, focusing on integrated technologies for lightweight and high-efficiency equipment, intelligent mining and filling equipment, and diversified utilization of gangue-based materials.
