中国省域绿色矿山建设的fsQCA组态路径分析

A fsQCA configurational path analysis of green mine construction at provincial level in China

  • 摘要: 绿色矿山建设是实现我国矿业低碳转型与高质量发展的关键举措。基于中国31个省域相关数据,采用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,从资源禀赋、环境约束、经济基础、政策支持与技术能力等多维视角,系统探讨绿色矿山建设成效的复杂因果机制与多元驱动路径。结果表明:①单一条件并非推动绿色矿山建设的必要因素,矿山绿色转型呈现典型的“并发因果”特征;②实践中同时存在多条实现绿色矿山高水平建设的等效路径,主要有“政策—投资驱动型”“技术—生态协同型”和“资源—经济主导型”;③识别出两类影响绿色矿山建设成效的组态路径,资源依赖、财政约束及技术短板等不利组合对绿色转型的制约作用。研究成果揭示了中国绿色矿山建设的空间异质性及多样化路径,可为因地制宜、分类施策、差异化建设和推动矿业绿色转型提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Green mine construction is a crucial initiative for realizing the low-carbon transformation and high-quality development of China's mining industry. Based on data from 31 provinces, this work applies the fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) method to systematically explore the complex causal mechanisms and multiple driving paths of green mine construction outcomes from the multidimensional perspectives of resource endowment, environmental constraints, economic foundation, policy support, and technological capacity. The results show that: (1)A single condition is not a necessary factor in promoting green mine construction.The green transition demonstrates typical "concurrent causality" characteristics.(2)In practice, multiple equivalent paths coexist to achieve high-level green mine construction, with the main types being "policy-investment driven", "technology-ecology synergistic", and "resource-economy led".(3)Two types of configuration paths affecting green mine construction outcomes are identified, with combinations such as resource dependence, fiscal constraints, and technological shortcomings exerting restrictive effects on the green transition. This study reveals the spatial heterogeneity and diversified pathways of green mine construction in China, and provides a theoretical basis for adopting locally tailored, category-based, and differentiated construction strategies to advance the green transformation of the mining industry.
