低浓度煤层气输送阻火器设计参数优化分析

Optimization analyses of design parameters of flame arrestor for low concentration coalbed methane transportation

  • 摘要: 为保障低浓度煤层气的输送安全, 实现“煤与瓦斯共采共用”, 对适用于低浓度煤层气输送安全保障系统的阻火器结构参数进行优化研究, 并进行测试实验。结果表明: 低浓度煤层气输送管路上的阻火器应优选具有足够强度的金属板波纹型阻火芯, 以抵抗强烈的爆炸冲击波; 为了使火焰在传播过程中被加速冷却后熄灭, 并减小阻力, 将阻火器设计加工成“中间粗、两头细”的结构, 中间阻火芯的直径应足够大; 优化设计的DN500干式阻火器中, 波纹板数量为2、间距为30 mm,波纹带厚度为0.25 mm, 阻火芯外壳直径为1 500 mm, 当煤层气流速为15 m/s时, 阻力为670 Pa; 当火焰传播速度低于775 m/s时, 该阻火器可以成功阻火。

     

    Abstract: In order to provide safety guarantee for the transportation of low-concentration coalbed methane and realize the"co-extraction and sharing of coal and gas" in coal mines, the flame arrestor structure parameters designed for the low -concentration coalbed methane transportation safety guarantee system were optimized and the experimental test were carried out.The results indicate that the flame arrestor on the low concentration coalbed methane transportation pipeline is more preferred as a metal plate corrugated flame arrestor core with sufficient strength to resist strong explosion shock waves.In order to accelerate the cooling of the flame during propagation and reduce resistance, the flame arrestors is designed and processed into a structure of "coarse in the middle and thin at both ends", and the diameter of the middle flame arrestor core should be large enough; for the optimized DN500 dry flame arrestor, the number of corrugated plates is two, the spacing between corrugated plates is 30 mm, the thickness of the corrugated belt is 0.25 mm, and the diameter of the flame arrestor core shell is 1 500 mm. When the coal seam airflow speed is 15 m/s, the frictional resistance is 670 Pa. The flame arrestor is capable to resist the flame when the flame propagation speed is below 775 m/s.
