  • 摘要: 为研究深部煤系储层缝间干扰多裂缝同步扩展规律,采用自行研制的TCHFSM-I型大尺寸真三轴压裂渗流模拟装置,开展不同压裂孔间距、不同注液速率对多裂缝同步扩展规律的影响试验。通过观察和分析压裂过程中裂缝扩展形态、注液压力演化规律,以及声发射动态响应特征和注液流量演化特征,结果表明:压裂孔间距较小时,左右两侧裂缝扩展长度大于中部裂缝,随着压裂孔间距增大,左中右3条裂缝均衡扩展;增大注液速率可以使起裂压力增高,多裂缝长度增加,有效提高储层改造体积;增大压裂孔间距和注液速率,可以使左中右3个压裂孔的注液流量占比更均衡。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the synchronous propagation law of multiple fractures with interference between joints in deep coal measure reservoir,the self-developed “TCHFSM-I” large-size true triaxial fracturing seepage simulation device was used to carry out experiments on the effects of different fracturing hole spacing and different fluid injection rates on the synchronous propagation law of multiple fractures. The fracture growth pattern,evolution law of fluid injection pressure,dynamic response characteristics of acoustic emission and evolution characteristics of fluid injection flow during fracturing process were observed and analyzed. The results show that: when the fracturing hole spacing is small,the fracture extension length on both sides is larger than that of the middle fracture, and the three fractures expand evenly with the increase of fracturing hole spacing. Increasing the injection rate can increase the fracture initiation pressure, increase the length of multiple fractures, and effectively increase the reservoir reconstruction volume. Increasing the fracturing hole spacing and injection rate can make the proportion of liquid injection in the left, middle and right fracturing holes more balanced.
