2011—2022年煤矿热动力灾害事故特征及发生规律分析

Analysis on the characteristics and occurrence rules of thermal and dynamic disasters and accidents in coal mines from 2011 to 2022

  • 摘要: 在统计2011—2022年全国煤矿热动力灾害事故的基础上,采用数据统计法,按照煤矿企业性质、事故类型、事故等级和发生地区等4个方面进行综合分析,通过趋势图、柱状图及百分比图对煤矿热动力灾害事故的规律和特点展示,并对煤矿热动力灾害发生的原因进行深入分析。分析结果表明:近12年我国煤矿热动力灾害事故逐渐减少,主要以瓦斯爆炸类型为主,多以较大事故和重大事故的形式发生;乡镇煤矿和国有煤矿伤亡损失严重,情况严峻;西南地区和东北地区为事故多发地区。最后根据分析结果,从政策、经济、监管、区域及技术层面提出相应的预防措施。

     

    Abstract: Based on the statistics of national coal mine thermal power disaster accidents from 2011 to 2022, the data statistics method was used to comprehensively analyze the four aspects of the nature of coal mine enterprises, the type of coal mine thermal power disaster accidents, the grade of coal mine thermal power disaster accidents and the occurrence area of coal mine thermal power disaster accidents. The law and characteristics of coal mine thermal power disaster accidents were displayed by trend chart, histogram and percentage chart, and the causes of coal mine thermal power disasters were analyzed in depth.The analysis results show that the thermal power disaster accidents in coal mines in China have gradually decreased in the past 12 years, mainly in the form of gas explosion, mostly in the form of large accidents and major accidents. Township coal mine and state-owned coal mine casualties serious losses, the situation is grim ; southwest and northeast regions are accident-prone areas. Finally, according to the analysis results, the corresponding preventive measures are put forward from the policy,economic, regulatory, regional and technical levels.
