Development and application of dual prevention information transfer system in non - coal mine

  • In order to realize the real-time monitoring of enterprise risk grading control and hidden danger detection and governance by government regulatory authorities, and to realize the transition of hidden danger detection and governance to the management threshold of risk management and control, a non-coal mine information transfer system based on dual prevention mechanism is designed. The system combines B/S structure and mobile APP terminal application, and includes the procedures of risk grading control and hidden danger detection and governance information transfer, it mainly consists of three subsystems, namely risk grading control, hidden danger detection and governance, and system operation guarantee. The practical application in many non-coal mine enterprises shows that the system can effectively record the process of risk changes, track and deal with hidden dangers in a timely manner, and effectively improve the management level of the enterprise.
