Study and application of monitoring and component evaluation system for gas extraction pipe network in coal mine

  • Traditional gas extraction data of coal mine rely on manual measurement, collection, and data analysis is insufficient and early warning is not timely in the process of analysis and evaluation. In view of these problems, a systematic monitoring and evaluation procedure was developed based on the basic conditions of gas extraction, combined with GD3 gas drainage multi-parameter sensor, the monitoring and component evaluation system of coal mine gas drainage pipe network was constructed, which can monitor, collect and analyze the parameters in real time. The application of the system in Fengchun Coal Mine shows that the monitoring data of the system are basically consistent with the determination results of the hand-held gas parameter measuring instrument, moreover, the abnormal area alarm and the online evaluation of pre-extraction time is realized, which greatly improves the production organization efficiency.
