Application research of the technology of gas fine control and multi-source cooperative extraction

  • In order to control the complex links in the process of gas disaster management from the macro management level, and achieve the goal of comprehensive gas management that can accurately coordinate time and space, based on the theory of refined management and the principle of collaborative management, a fine - collaborative gas management model was constructed.A fine-coordinated gas management system has been formed with four main parts, including basic parameters and occurrence rules of gas, collaborative pre-drainage of gas in working face, collaborative treatment of gas in working face, and comprehensive evaluation of extraction effect.According to the basic situation of gas occurrence in 30103 working face of Shiquan Coal Industry, the technical plan of fine-collaborative gas treatment of "pre-drainage strengthening technology+high-pressure water fracturing technology+high-level drilling and extraction technology" was proposed.The practice shows that the technology effectively reduces the gas concentration in the working face and upper corner during the mining process, effectively improves the gas extraction efficiency, and achieves the purpose of "cost reduction and efficiency increase".
