Study on technology of super-long gob-side entry retaining gangue support with mining and assembling

  • Aiming at the problem that the cutter-type double working face cannot install the gangue retaining support in advance, a new method of gangue retaining support that ming with loading was proposed. The protective measures of "flexible net in front of the support+anchor cable between the supports + closure shed and wooden crib behind the support" were adopted to isolate the goaf, and the horizontal and strike flexible formwork concrete walls in the corner area were poured in time to cut off the goaf. With the help of the lateral self-moving function of the gangue retaining support, the 20.5 m long gangue retaining support was quickly installed and reset. Practice has proved that this method can safely and quickly install and reset the super-long gangue retaining support, and meet the production requirements of 12 m to18 m gob-side entry retaining working face in northern Shaanxi mining area.
