Risk assessment of one-ventilation and three-prevention in coal mine based on game theory combination weighting-TOPSIS

  • In view of the complex working environment, many hidden risks and inadequate investigation and management of oneventilation and three-prevention in coal mines, this paper identifies and analyzes the risk factors in one-ventilation and three-prevention in coal mines, constructs the risk evaluation model of one-ventilation and three-prevention in coal mines and applies it to the safety management process of Shaanxi Xianyang Binchang Mining Company. Firstly, the risk evaluation index of one-ventilation and threeprevention in coal mining enterprises is selected from the previous literature, relevant safety rules and regulations, expert consultation and other methods, and the corresponding evaluation index system is constructed by combining the optimization evaluation index of enterprise field investigation. Secondly, the improved analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method are used to calculate the subjective and objective weights. Based on the game theory, the subjective and objective combination weights are calculated, and the TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method is introduced to construct the combination weighting-TOPSIS evaluation model. Finally, combined with the risk assessment of one-ventilation and three-prevention in five coal mines in Bin chang mining area of Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, the results show that the constructed combination weighting-TOPSIS evaluation model is basically consistent with the actual situation.
